Stepping outdoors to get fresh air is a great way to clear our minds. We need to get clarity in our lives to keep our minds fit. Breathing deeply is a great way of relieving stress. Drawing in more oxygen into the body will leave us feeling more relaxed. Having a peaceful mind set contributes to our all-round fitness.
